Thursday 18th February 2010 6.00pm

Stephen's Green Hibernian Club

Even poorly led and badly managed companies can survive, and can even prosper, as the economy gathers pace and grows without any effort on their part. It is entirely different when the economy is in crisis, people are fearful for their jobs, and feel they have less money to spend. In his seminar "Building Resilience for Optimum Performance in Challenging Times" Dr Michael Pearn will identify the new leadership requirements for executives and managers and strategies for developing resilience in the current environment. Please note: Further events are planned for Cork and Belfast
