Anna has over 20 years experience in marketing communications and media in Ireland. A former freelance correspondent and editor for a range of Northern Ireland publications, she was a founding partner in Franklin Creative Communications, a Belfast based media relations and event management consultancy, before setting up Omnia Media in 2001. She is founder and publisher of three Ireland based niche online magazines; board member and Vice President of the MBA Association of Ireland and holds an Executive MBA from the Smurfit School of Business, University College Dublin.

With over 15 years experience at some of  Northern Ireland's most respected advertising agncies,  Victoria has managed accounts in both the public and private sectors in Northern Ireland, from NICS and the University of Ulster to First Trust Bank, Independent News & Media (NI), Westland Horticulture and Irish Distillers Ltd. She holds a BA (Hons) in Design from the University of Ulster and started her career with Design & Place, part of the Anderson Spratt Group, before moving into account handling for A V Browne Advertising and Genesis Advertising. She is Senior Associate with Omnia Media, with specific responsibility for event management and media planning and buying.

Sarah has a long track record in public relations and event communications, having worked with Future Image Public Relations on high profile accounts such as Bass Ireland, Blackwood Golf Centre and Robinson Patterson Architects. She began her career with the Manley Group in Northern Ireland, and worked with Omnia founder Anna Mooney in her previous consultancy, Franklin Creative, where she was responsible for projects including The Guinness Fashion Awards, the launch of Karen Millen in Ireland, the Belfast Craft Village and Michelin star restaurateur Michael Deane. She works with Omnia Media as Senior Associate, on a project consulting basis, developing and implementing strategic programmes for client companies.

Carmel has two decades experience in the beauty and health club business in London, New York and Belfast, before moving into training and event management for the sector.She has a masters degree in marketing and works with Omnia Media on an event project consulting basis since 2006,  providing support to the agency for a range of events includng the Bill Clinton Leadership for the Future seminar (Dublin 2006) and international conferences (2006-08) for the MBA Association of Ireland.
